By using this website or placing an order with Forest to Finish, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
 

1. Custom Orders

All pieces are custom-made to order. Production begins after we receive design approval and a required deposit. Because each item is made specifically for the customer, all sales are final except as described under Returns & Refunds.
 

2. Pricing and Payments

Prices shown on our website or quotes are subject to change before an order is confirmed. A deposit (typically 30%) is required to begin production, with the balance due before delivery or shipment. We accept payment through approved methods listed on our invoices.

3. Lead Times

​

Lead times vary by project but typically range from 4–8 weeks after deposit and design approval. Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

​

Local delivery is available within about 150 miles of Madison, Alabama. For other locations, we arrange shipping through reputable freight carriers. Shipping fees are quoted individually. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and inspecting items upon arrival.

5. Returns & Refunds

​

Because each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns for preference changes. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the item. Refunds are offered only if we cannot remedy the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

​

All text, images, designs, and other content on this website are the property of Forest to Finish and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

Forest to Finish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
